Emhyr Var Emreis as he is described in the Time of Contempt: When the audience was dismissed, he threw his leg over the armrest. I imagine he still does. Painting done in Paintool SAI.

I used a screenshot of Emhyr and the throne in Vizima during my gameplay on the PS4. The background is a screenshot of the Royal Palace throne room itself- enlarged and blurred (gaussian).
